Matt DiGirolamo (@theancientarmory) is a professional shield builder, historical researcher, and an award-winning craftsman. Having been involved with recreating shields from ancient history since 2016, Matt has branched out into cosplay and conventions as a panelist. His primary motivation is to spread awareness of the health benefits of crafting.
