Or how long it would actually take to make all those fancy dresses without modern technology or magic? Come learn the basics of hand spinning with a drop spindle and gain both a fun new skill and an appreciation for the work done by both fictional and real life spinners.

Do you enjoy fanfiction? Interested in binding your favorite fanfic? Come to this interactive session where you can learn the ins and outs of bookbinding, see examples of bound fics, and even bind a fanfic yourself! All materials will be provided to bind a quarto fanfic from a variety of presewn textblocks of fics from Harry Potter, ACOTAR, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, and other fandoms.

Have you always wanted fanart but find it's hard to get? Collaging with photos and stickers is a great way to make your own! Learn how to make a collage for your favorite fandoms with quotes, lyrics, and memories.

Collage paper will be supplied along with some stickers for well-known fandoms, and writing supplies. Please bring anything you'd like to add to a collage - mementos from other conventions, special photos, your own stickers, etc.

A hands-on workshop where participants will construct their own "boffer" sword, perfect for training, unarmored combat sports, or safe play.
